Quite simply put by Michael Cooper, one of NZ’s most respected wine scribblers and regularly slurpers on all things NZ-winesy, “From one year to the next, this is one of New Zealand’s greatest wine bargains.”
And he ain’t wrong. This is the latest 2022 release of this notoriously bloody good value label. Previous 2016 and 2019 vintages have been Cooper’s Best Buy White Wine of the Year winners. From over 3,000 wines tried, that’s pretty good going you’d have to say!
Loaded with zingy, vibrant tropical fruit flavours and a crisp, dry finish. This is 5-Star Sauvy at a 3-Star price. You just can’t go wrong! For the best food match try chicken, salads and seafood.
