Penfolds and Champagne Thienot – an extraordinary collaboration!

This absolutely gorgeous pink Champagne marks the fourth release between the world famous Penfolds and French Champagne house Thienot. Best known for their world class, collectable Shiraz and Cabernet (often fetching ridiculous amounts – especially older vintages at auction houses!) in recent times Penfolds have expanded their horizons and began producing wines in the likes of Napa Valley in California and Shangri-La in China. And of course, Champagne in France!

This certainly looks the part packaged in its gorgeous pink gift box – but how does it taste?
