Single vineyard wines, hand crafted in small batches and all bottles individually numbered. This is the 2018 vintage Syrah using fruit from their Redstone vineyard in the Bridge Pa triangle. There’s no expense spared here – aged for 3 years in fine grained, seasoned French oak of which 36% was new French oak.
This is benchmark, first class Hawke’s Bay Syrah at its finest – full bodied, fragrant and supple in style. Enjoy this “1” now but it’s crafted with the long term in mind too – cellar up to 15 years from vintage.
