This is Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial is a slightly sweeter style Champagne, often referred to as Demi-Sec (Semi Dry) or Champagne with a semi.
If you’re into your Champers with some subtle sweetness this stuff is absolutely gorgeous! Elegant, smooth, creamy, full-bodied goodness! Surprisingly it goes very well with sugary spicy or sweet dishes (try it with sweet and sour) or a wedge of your favourite blue cheese.
But to be honest it doesn’t really need to be matched with food – it’s the ultimate breakfast Champagne, when it’s all a bit early to get into the dry stuff. Surprise the Mrs (or Mr) in bed one morning!
