“We make exceptional wines.” is the pretty straight forward statement by the Greystone crew. To be fair, it’s hard to argue against it.
Made by Greystone in the Waipara, North Canterbury region, one sip and you’ll see this is a Pinot of obvious quality and complexity.
This has had the bells and whistles treatment. We’re talking fermented in small batch lots with wild yeasts, hand plunged daily for a month, aged 9 months in French oak. It’s classy stuff.
Of course we’ve tried this one….several times, y’know just to be sure! We absolutely love it. With a few years bottle age under its belt already it’s drinking superbly right now but could easily cellar up until 2026. Grab a case now, you’ll be seriously glad you did.
Damn, you're looking young for your age!
