This is the classic Aussie red blend of Shiraz (75%) and Cabernet (25%) from south Australia – it’s full bodied, full flavoured, lush and lip smackingly delicious in a true Johnny Q style.

As the man himself puts it: “Something is bonza if it is superb and amazing, but at the same time laid back and relaxed. People and places can be bonza. This wine is. Therefore, it was named The Great Bonza…it is powerful and nuanced, with hints of black currant, black cherry, liquorice and coffee.”
