Hallelujah it sure is! Chapel Hill is located on the site of a 150 year old iconic chapel in the McLaren Vale. Best known for their Shiraz we stumbled across this stunning value GSM (Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre) blend from the 2021 vintage.

This is the blend that’s best known from the likes of Cotes du Rhone in France – this is a seriously good example of the style from another part of the world!

Also scoring 91/100 plus a Top Value and Top Rank Award with The Real Review who said “Deep and intense ruby with purple notes in the light…Big and weighty on entry with loads of blackberry and dark spices whilst a charred meat note lingers underneath…it carries good length to the dry finish. Remarkable value here”
